Santino Corleon learned the ins and outs of the music industry when he moved to Brooklyn, NY when he was 19 years old. After a few months or so he hooked up wit some of the local rap artist that lived in Brooklyn. During that time he built a resume of sorts for himself. Participating in freestyle battles on historically famous hip-hop streets such as Fulton Street 125st Gates and the Thompkins Rosevelt Projects. He began to develop talents that he never knew he had. After a few years living in The Fort Greene Projects he started attending Long Island University in Brooklyn. At that time he started letting his ego get the best of him, and he ended up getting kicked out of school. He decided to move back to Cincinnati where he grew up. From there he started working with the Cincinnati artists. He began to write lyrics and find catchy beats which lead to recording and making hits.
Santinos live performance brings the crowd to life while he raps about what he knows best, partying. With the “sorry for partying” attitude, Santino uses beats people dance to, and uses his MC skills to get the crowd involved with is performance. Santino Corelon has opened for Gucci Mane, Joel Ortiz, J.Cole, Method Man and Redman. He keeps his MC skills sharp by hosting various events in the Cincinnati area including the Rick Ross show, and the Cincinnati Reds NL Championship clinch party.
